Q: When I arrive to your place for your
detailing service, what do I do in the meantime?
A: Depending on what you are getting
done, you can either wait for it to be complete
(for example a fast exterior wash will take
about 30 minutes) or you can drop off your
car and arrange to be picked up at a later
time. (For example if your getting a complete
exterior detail which may take up to 3 hours.)
Q: Do you except cheques or credit cards?
A: No, we only accept cash. No receipts are issued.
Q: Do I leave my car keys with you if I leave
my car there?
A: It is recommended that you leave your car keys behind for several
reasons. After washing your vehicle, it is then pulled into shade in our garage
for drying and waxing. Also, if we need to start
cleaning another vehicle before you come back, we will need to maneuver
the cars around. You are more then welcome to write down your odometer
if that makes you feel better, but never at any time will your car
be driven.
Q: When do I pay for the services?
A: Once the detailing is complete and you are happy with the results.
Q: What if I later find out I cannot make an
appointment I previously made?
A: Not a problem. We are very flexible and we want to work with
your schedule. A phone call would be appreciated just so we fill
in your time slot.
Q: What if my vehicle is in a very, very dirty
state? Will this increase your prices?
A: It may increase prices as extra time and materials will be required.
This will be decided upon bringing your vehicle. If we feel a lot
of extra time will be needed due to heavy dirt, you will be informed
about any price increase.
Q: Do you charge more for large SUV’s
and trucks?
A: Yes we do. If you have a large SUV or truck, prices are subject to a higher price.

Q: How long does it take for the different
services?
A: For a fast exterior or interior wash, this normally takes between
20 minutes and 30 minutes. For the complete car waxing, this can
take between 2 to 3 hours. Each vehicle differs from the rest. Our
main goal at all times is to make sure your car comes out in show
room condition. We will go to the farthest length to make sure you
are happy with the results.
Please note that for a high speed polish or any one of the packages, it is highly recommended that you arrange to leave your car and have someone pick you up. These services can exceed a 4 hour process.
Q: How much notice do you need for any car
detailing?
A: Each client will be on a first come first serve basis. We do
not need much notice for simple car wash. We want to be very flexible
making it easier for you to quickly stop by and get a car wash or
interior wash. For complete packages an appointment is required
at least a day in advance.
